 Must have experience in leading offshore or remote team to work with onsite team under seamless collaboration
 Minimum 5-7 years of experience in developing SAP applications in ABAP and BTP developments
 BTP Knowledge on the services required for Development on BTP BAS ABAP Environment

 Determine deliverables, roles and responsibilities requirements for staff members required for specific project or initiative in delivery center.
 Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
 Handle project communications, provide status updates, stage closure, etc.
 Able to communicate and collaborate with Technical and Non-technical teams, including onsite and delivery center team.
