• Major Incident Management (Expertise in the call)
• Audits and control on the day to day activities, compliances with Chanel rules
• Define and maintain the best practices to operate
• Obsolescence, Security
• Automation needs (Identification and Development)
• Capacity Management
§ For Build activities:
• Architecture review with Operational vision
• Ensure Run existing conventions and rules are followed
• Integration of new technology into Run activities (KT, documentation, Best practices)
• Watch new technologies (propose projects to Chanel for valuable new technologies)
• Participate to standard definition
