
工作职责:
1. Act as S4 Technical support/ Development Lead in China, provide technical service (ABAP, Fiori, CPI and BTP etc. programming and configuration) for Bug fix, Change request fulfillment and new enhancement (WRICEF) realization to meet Legend business requirements. Provide technical expertise to streamline the ticket flow of technical support requests. Coordinate and cooperate with Legend US IT team, other support teams (including SAP) to respond to S4 issues/incidents and change requests. 作为S4 Technical support/ Development Lead对传奇S4提供技术服务/支持(ABAP, Fiori, CPI及BTP等技术栈)以修复Bug、满足新需求/程序增强(WRICEF)。运用专业知识,协同相关方(Legend US IT team、SAP等)以响应用户提出的问题、服务请求与变更需求。指导委员会。
任职资格:
1. At least 4~5 years SAP technical support experience. 至少4到5年SAP技术支持相关经验。供应商HCL
2. At least 2 full cycle SAP roll out projects experience (familiar with RTR – Record to Report, PTP – Procurement to Pay, EWM is preferred,). 至少2个完整SAP项目经验(熟悉端到端流程优先:财务、采购、EWM仓库管理)。
3. Solid know-how in ABAP, Fiori, CPI and BTP etc. (Experience with S4 1909 version is preferred). 扎实的ABAP, Fiori, CPI及BTP等技术栈专业知识(熟悉S4 1909版本优先)。
4. Experienced of integration with surrounding systems (e.g. OA, SRM; via OData, RESTful, IDoc) is preferred. 有与外围系统(例如:通过OData, RESTful, IDoc 等与OA、SRM)集成经验者优先。
5. Fluent English in reading and writing (Fluent in listening and speaking is preferred). 英语读、写流利(同时听、说流利优先)。
